Is this curriculum?

No. It’s the system behind your Small Groups ministry. It helps you recruit, vet, train, launch, support, and track groups.
Is this only for large churches?

No. It was built from experience in a larger church, but reorganized specifically to help small and mid-sized churches use it without needing a full-time Small Groups Pastor.
Will this work if we don’t have any groups yet?

Yes. In fact, this might be most helpful for churches that are starting small and want to avoid building messy systems early.
What types of files are included?

Also, a good platform for creating online forms like Typeform or Google Forms can be beneficial, but not necessary.
This kit works with tools like Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PDFs, spreadsheets, and your current church management system.
Files are PDFs, but can be imported into Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or most other design software if you would like to customize
Do you offer customization for our church?

Yes, through the Brand-Ready version of the kit which will be recreated using your desired color palettes, header fonts, church logos, and group-specific language (i.e., Small Groups, Life Groups, or Community Groups / Small Group Leader, Life Group Host, or Community Group Coach, etc.)
Can I share this with another church?

Not directly. They should purchase their own copy.
How quickly can this be used?

This kit is designed to get you up and running within 30 days or less, with materials that you can hand to any potential Small Group Leaders this upcoming weekend if you want to begin the recruitment process.
Do I need specific software?

No. The kit can work with basic tools like PDFs, Word/Google Docs, spreadsheets, email, and your current church management system. Some examples may reference tools like Typeform, Google Forms, Planning Center, or GroupVitals, but none of those are required.
Is this interdenominational?

Yes. The kit is designed to be broadly usable across church backgrounds. You may need to adjust language, leadership requirements, or theology-specific details to match your church.
